Newbie question

Hi

First posting.

Newbie to using CCleaner after using Clean Cache for many years which became limited because the person who developed it stopped updating the program.

I find CCleaner an excellent replacement for Clear Cache in all aspects.

My query is , and I have searched the forum for a solution :

CCleaner starts when computer starts and appears in the system tray and appears (and does) it's cleaning tasks and then disappears from the system tray.

Is this the correct way that CCleaner operates as I thought after cleaning was completed it should remain in the system tray so I could access all the functions at any time. Close program after cleaning is not ticked.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
