starting CCleaner

Hi ,

I'm new to forums and not a computer guru! My problem is that I am not able to get CCleaner to start up automatically when the computer starts up. I have enabled this function in 'settings'. Checking msconfig shows that the CCleaner.exe is set to run at start up. Can anyone please guide me to get it running at start up ( in layman terms if possible).

Welcome corbs

If CCleaner.exe is in msconfig with a parameter of /AUTO then it will run automatically then close.

The normal way is to run CCleaner at Log off or Shutdown to clean up the current session when finished.
