The older version may be better suited to you particular hardware.
CCleaner has changed the Driver Updater so that it now uses the “Microsoft Driver Rankings” to determine the best driver match for your particular hardware - and that may not be the newest version of the driver, which is probably meant for newer hardware.

Thanks for the explanation! But Intel Graphics Software disagrees with that, replacing the driver with the newest.
