Right after uninstalling 6.9 v and installing 7v I lost all function of my Windows bar and search bar ! I can’t uninstall 7v now because I have no access to my windows menu. I followed the steps windows has for getting it fixed, but I need to get into the Windows menu first to change to “ administrator” !

Please could you give me some details on the functions that you used in CCleaner 7 before you experienced this issue.
I went to Microsoft support and they helped me fix it. I had to do a bunch of steps to get back in to my settings panerl, and then I was able to uninstall Cleaner 7v. and go back to 6.4v and now everything works fine.

I am not able to replicate the issue, so any details on the function in CCleaner you used before experiencing the issue will help me investigate this further.
I have been using the 6.4 version and accidently updated to the 7v, and immediately everything went haywire on my computer. Couldn’t access my windows menu or use the search box, couldn’t get in to uninstall the 7v , so I contacted you and Microsoft and they helped me throught the steps to get into my windows menu. I then deleted your 7v and reinstalled the 6.4v , restared mt computer and everything was back to normal. I had other issues to when it all happened, but I don’t remember what they were now. No one from Cleaner responded to my call for help until you, but thanks anyway. I guess your 7v just isn’t meant for my computer. I use Google, and have windows 11.
