Is there any reason why you would want to clean one but not the other at the same time?

Windows Start and Start Menu Cache are two different things.

Modified entry: [Windows Spotlight *]

Change the Detect so that this module does not show up in Windows 10 or other systems that do not have IrisService entry in the registry.

What is the difference between Windows Start and the Windows Start Menu? It seems like Windows Start is just the subsystems responsible for the menu's functions in this case?

Windows Start is where you pin Apps. Windows Start Menu is where programs install shortcuts. Windows keeps a cache of Start Menu shortcuts. Sometimes uninstalled programs leave traces in Start Menu Cache. I think [Windows Start Menu *] entry should be changed to [Windows Start Menu Cache *].

By the way, I don’t have RegKey1 thru RegKey6, on my Windows 10/11 systems.

I have RegKey1 on Windows 10 Home v22H2, it has this in it (which doesn't look like anything worth cleaning):

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartPage]
"StartMenu_Start_Time"=hex:67,da,a1,ba,2b,0b,d7,01

would it be appropriate to merge this with Windows Power Efficiency Diagnostics?

Put them with whatever other cleaner you want, I just posted for the file paths to clean them.

Those reports aren't automatically created by Windows anyways, someone has to manually invoke them via a PowerCFG command prompt.

Ah so, for instance, it's used for discord when it does its updating speil when i (rarely) launch it. Makes sense that discord was very prevalent in the log the entry wanted to clean. I'll check that for cleaning definitly

Seems that Microsoft Onedrive and Microsoft Onedrive* have partly the same files to be deleted. Might be nice if the "*" had the one in the non "*" removed...CCLeaner_OneDrive.png.61d16ec890879c8be54d4cd29ce36dc9.png

;
; Notes: You can't modify this cleaning routine to remove language
; files, doing so breaks Samsung Magician and it must be re-installed
;
; 'Migration Service' and 'Samsung Magician Service' cache, logs,
