Why does my 3 year subscription say 12 months in manage subscription?

I just got an email saying that my subscription will run out soon, despite saying expiry: 2028. I then checked manage subscriptions, and it says it’s a 12 month plan, but also will renew in 2028. So am I going to be charged for nothing? And also will it actually last the 3 years?

From where did you purchase the three year license? If from CCleaner direct then you might have to contact support direct.

If you purchased 3x 1 year plan then you’ll need to use the 2nd key purchased once the license has expired. Or did you contact support to have them add the other keys?

It’s one singular 3 year license. I ordered it from CCleaner directly on offer

Thanks. If you check your Cleverbridge receipt does it say you’ve paid for 3 years?

Then either the renewal email is automatically generated & is incorrect or on Piriform’s/CCleaner’s servers it’s incorrect. Hopefully someone from support will chime in.

Yeah it says trust level 0 for new members can’t send direct messages.

Just to say it’s the Avatar/Icon to the left of the username that you need to click to see the ‘Message’ button, not the name itself.

I have a similar problem with my subscription. I purchased a 2 year subscription, but my invoice says it has a 12 month duration and it just pulled an automatic payment after 1 year. I will try to include a screen shot of my invoice.

I have removed the screenshot of your invoice as you may not want your postal address visible on a public forum.

The product you originally purchased was “CCleaner Professional Plus – 2-Year Subscription for 3 Devices (PC, Mac, or Android). However, all automatic renewals are for 12-month subscriptions only. This is why the renewal duration is listed as 12 months.

I hope this clarifies the situation and answers your question.

Hi Laurence, I have the same message. I paid for 2 year subscription for 3 devices and it says my license is going to end at the 12 month mark. Shouldn’t it stay active for 2 years from when I purchased it?
