The original product you purchased in 2022 was CCleaner Professional Plus
2 Year subscription to CCleaner Professional Plus Suite for 3 devices (for PC, Mac, or Android). This is why the product has a two year name. However, all automatic renewals are for 12 month subscriptions only. This is why the renewal duration is listed as 12 months.

My invoice that I am referring to is from Oct 2024. The email that I receive states the following:
We are writing to inform you of a change to your CCleaner Professional Plus subscription.
As of your next billing date on 10/26/2025, your subscription increases to the new price of $64.95.

Order ID: S4947removed
No. of devices: 2 Year subscription to CCleaner Professional Plus Suite for 3 devices (for PC, Mac or Android)
Renewal price: $64.95 (incl. VAT)
Billing date: 10/26/2025

So I’m being charged for two years but only getting 12 months and have to pay for 24 months again?

As I said in my previous message, the product you are renewing will have the same name as the original product you purchased, hence the 2 years in the product title, however, as per the invoice you received, the duration of the renewal is 12 months.
All automatic renewals have a 12 month duration.

No it doesn’t clarify anything. I originally purchased a 2 year subscription in Oct 24. That should mean that it would last until Oct 26 correct? So why is it going to renew when only 12 months out of the 2 year subscription has passed?
