Even after the update

I’m using a Samsung S25 Ultra and have the same problem. Very frustrating nothing seems to be done to solve the problem!
I’m not sure why you think nothing’s being done when i linked a ongoing thread for this problem.
WOW you linked an on going problem that has not been fixed, you’re a hero.
I’m just a user like you, as i said it’s ongoing not solved. it is however the thread that’s been given attention by staff (actual employees). And is (as it gets fixed) a place where you can see that it’s fixed when it is, or should staff have to reply to the twenty similar one post threads posted about samsung’s A16 breaking cache clearing automatation.

The version of CCleaner Android that should fix some of the issues reported for Android 16 is v25.21 which we will be rolling out very soon.
If you continue to experience issues after updating to this version please message me back so we can ivestigate this further.
