Refund Help.

I did not know I was on an auto subscription. I have tried to contact support for multiple days and have gotten no response.

This is infuriating. I can't even use the live chat that I supposedly have.

If I try to submit a support ticket via my premium account, it keeps saying "Hmm, we think you're a robot." It won't let me submit.

Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

Thank you for the response. I had also emailed CCleaner about Wednesday or Thursday of last week and have heard nothing back.

I guess I'm frustrated for the delay in a response. Hopefully I'll hear something this week. Thank you for responding to me.

Still waiting to hear back from support. It's been close to 4 weeks now. They responded to me, asking if I "really wanted to refund, and why", and I said yes. I explained why.

It's been another 3 weeks and just nothing. This may be one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a vendor online.

It really should not take this long.

I'm just going to go to Paypal to dispute this as their support is a joke.

We are also frustrated with the inability to access an account and are being charged at least triple for the products. I just sent a request for a refund today 10/22/2023.
