Still waiting to hear back from support. It's been close to 4 weeks now. They responded to me, asking if I "really wanted to refund, and why", and I said yes. I explained why.
It's been another 3 weeks and just nothing. This may be one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a vendor online.
We are also frustrated with the inability to access an account and are being charged at least triple for the products. I just sent a request for a refund today 10/22/2023.
