If I go to the official CCleaner builds page <here> and click the Download button for the legacy “Sunset” edition it offers a 84.3 MB full offline installer called ccsetup_639_win7.exe, so I’m guessing this is a Win 7 SP1-compatible installer and that CCleaner v6.39 likely will be the last version of CCleaner released for Win 7 SP1.
NOTE 1: Ignore the fact that the current legacy installer is labeled “Standard installer for Windows XP or Vista users”. CCleaner v5.64 was the last version compatible with Win XP and Vista and it now appears Avast / Piriform has removed the SHA1-signed v5.64 full offline installer for Win XP and Vista from that official builds download page and replaced it with a v6.39 installer intended for Win 7 SP1.
NOTE 2: As of today I am still able to download the legacy editions of CCleaner v5.64 *** for Win XP and Vista from the download archive at the following links:
- Standard installer (ccsetup564.exe) at https://download.ccleaner.com/ccsetup564.exe.
- Slim installer (ccsetup564_slim.exe) at https://download.ccleaner.com/slim/ccsetup564_slim.exe.
- Portable ZIP edition (ccsetup564.zip) at https://download.ccleaner.com/portable/ccsetup564.zip.
