Everytime I go into CCleaner Healthcheck it always says “To clean your browers properly, Please close Edge Chromium” but it is not open.

Edge will be running in the background without the window being open.
(It does it most of the time unless you tell it not to. See below for how to do that).

Use the button in CClean pop-up to close it. Or use Tssk Manager to ‘End Task’ on it before cleaning.
