Since I downloaded Ccleaner version 7, I’ve been having issues with my desktop crashing at the same spot when CCleaner is at the “Resolve Issues.” At this point, I have to restart my desktop and try again which it happens at the very same spot at the start of Resolve Issues.

Can someone please help me solve this issue? Please see screenshots.

I’vd gotten sick of this Release, and am rolling back to 6. It worked!! and worked well, 7 is a sad facsimile.

In addition, I’ve had an issue since April with 7, unresolved, they asked for logs, which I provided, and never heard back from them!

I had V6 for a very long time, only when it stopped updating Windows apps that I was suggested to download V7. It did resolve that issue with V7 - see attachment, BUT worst happened with the previously attached screenshots. :confounded_face:

I really don’t know what to do now. How can I go back to V6? I have no clue. Ccleaner support team does nothing to help us out only by community members? That’s sad!

The bluescreen is a Windows System error.

I’m 68 years old and this is Chinese to me. I tried to follow and only got this - screenshot - and can’t move forward per your suggestions. What’s next, please?

I found it best to uninstall 7, and goto SourceForge for the DL. Im running CCleaner 6.39.11548 64-bit. and actually have kept this install file for over a year now.

I find the dependencies on Edge to a mistake, big time.
