Do a chargeback with your credit card. You don’t have to pay for faulty merchandise.

My version 6.39 is only able clean Chrome cookies, nothing more. They rather focus on adding more adware to the program or new broken version 7, then fixing real problems.

Same here. I also created a community account solely for the purpose of expressing how completely sad I am with version 7. I used to be an UI/UX designer for decades. It is always the same: Owners, developers, and designers still don’t understand this. They always want some kind of development, something new, something more beautiful… They are not humble, they are arrogant and self-centered. And this is how it ends up. It’s worse than it was before. CCleaner was great just the way it was. I am rolling back from v7 to v6.39.
