This is what I bought, CCleaner Professional

1 Year, 1 home PC Professional subscription, billed annually. I entered my product key but now every time I try to run it it only comes up on the left panel with “ cloud drive cleaner & disk analizer, below that ideas portal , settings & help, If I go to settings and look at my subscription is says “ cannot load the details of the cc cleaner subscription. I have to uninstall reboot them reinstal, and enter the product key again to get it to work? How can I correct this

I think that what you are describing is the ‘services’ not starting in CCleaner 7.

Is this what you’re seeing in ccleaner 7 [image] If so you need to open windows services (Win+R services.msc) and make sure that there is a ccleaner 7 service and it is started and set to automatic, ccleaner is a windows service now. So the CCleaner service were set to automatic. I started the manually launched the software and all the options were there. Not sure why the service aren’t starting when launching . Any suggestion on that ? I’m going to reboot again and see if it’s the same issuse

I honestly don’t have a clue.

That would be something for CCleaner’s developers to look at and fix.

Good to hear you found the cause.

You have to laugh because CCleaner and Norton are both part of Gen Digital, so you might think that Norton would know not to block CCleaner.

Left hand - Right Hand situation. Or just altogether cack-handed.
