Pixel 10. Been happening since last Android 16 update (4/5/2026). App fails to clear cache with a generic “unknown” error message. CCleaner (v. 26.06.0) has been uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times. Yearly subscription in place. Running a “quick” clean takes over 10 minutes. Every hidden cache fails to clear with the unknown error message. Other file types appear to be removed.
Is this a currently known issue that is being actively worked on? If so, can we get a status and anticipated correction release date?
