I’ve been using CCleaner for many years, but since the latest version with the new interface, the software is almost unusable for me.
First, regarding the menus: I’ve attached a screenshot, and as you can see, I no longer have access to all the options I used to have. There are now only two menus available, which is a big change compared to previous versions.
More importantly, when I click on the main “Analyze” button, nothing happens. The button does react (there is a small animation when I click), but no analysis starts at all. Absolutely nothing happens afterward.
At this point, I don’t know what to do. If the software no longer works properly, I’ll have no choice but to cancel my subscription, as it becomes pointless to keep it.
