WOW! I use to be able to KEEP the cookies I wanted to log into to my usual sites but the new upgrade as taken that away!!!. Time to look for a new cleaner. CC has lost its way - badly! Pathetic upgrade! I hate it!

You still can. In custom clean on the righthand pane is a separate settings from the main settings. In it you’ll find cookies fast.
in health check run a scan (not a clean) after the scan the righthand pane will also have a separate settings.
