Ccleaner alpha test has ended

I could do nothing but close this window. Dose anybody encounter this, how do you resolve this problem. Thanks.

It happens because for some reason during the install the CCleaner7 service has not been set to run automatically. To fix it: Open Windows Services. (Open the start menu and type Services). I really appreciate your help. I followed your steps and it seems something wrong happened. I try to search and find ways to resolve the problems but failed. Here are some more screenshots.

The warning says Ccleaner 7 services on the local computer started and then stoped. some services will stop automatically if not used by other services or programs.

The best that I can suggest is that you uninstall CCleaner7 and go back to using CCleaner v6.39.

How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39
Follow ALL of the instructions, particularly about turning off the Automatic Updating.

when I choose to uninstall the cc7, after clicking uninstall button, I see three buttons on the next window, UPDATE, REPAIRE, UNINSTALL. After clicking update button, cc7 woks again.

At least if it does go wrong again you now know your options, and how to roll back if you want to.
