I have moved your question to it’s own thread, yours is a different issue from the one where you posted it.
We have seen your problem before and the lack of menu items is the clue.
It happens because for some reason during the install the CCleaner7 service has not been set to run automatically.
To fix it:
- Open Windows Services. (Open the start menu and type Services).
- Scroll to find the CCcleaner7 service, right click it and select ‘Properties’.
- On the General tab change the ‘Startup type’ to “Automatic”.
- Click ‘Apply’, Click ‘OK’
- Close the Services.
- Restart your computer.
CCleaner7 should now have the full menu everytime that you open it.
