Am I really a robot?

Why do I keep being a suspected robot when I try to report a problem?

Because that’s how MOST sites are checking that traffic is not bots or AI Scrapers. When you remove that site’s cookie or time comes due to check you again, a site will check you.

Are you saying my cookie for CCleaner was deleted, so it thinks I am a robot? I understand why my bank thinks that when CCleaner just wiped out its cookie, but never imagined I would lose the one for CCleaner or Piriform.

Just a guess. Some sites do it to me every time I visit, but I clean their cookies (or haven’t visited before).

Is ccleaner.com on your cookies exclusions in ccleaner?

Other than this tangential ccleaner cookie might be deleted there’s no tie between the application and the website. Do you log into community.cleaner.com everytime or does it remember you beyond the robot test?

Do you have any add-ons that “fake surf” for you to confuse third party cookies like Google (I had one on Firefox that did that), one of the cloud flare site linked above said overage of unusual data could trigger them

The latest versions of reCAPTCHA are able to take a holistic look at a user’s behavior and history of interacting with content on the Internet. Most of the time, the program can decide based on those factors whether or not the user is a bot, without providing the user with a challenge to complete. If not, then the user will get a typical reCAPTCHA challenge

Which check/test is being presented to you.
(I’ve never been scanned going to this site others yss but not community.ccleaner.com so I need to figure what your seeing via questions).

When the support form says that it thinks that you might be a robot then usually a simple refresh of the page fixes it.

However any information that you had filled in will be lost by the refresh, and you’ll have to enter it again.
So it’s best to check, and refresh if necessary, before filling anything in.

I’ve moved this to a proper board on the forum. Please give us answers toward if you’re running addon-ons or anything in your browser setup, do you fail other reCAPTCHA. Do you use a translator and/or paste the contents into the text boxes (I know on the forum side it often thinks people who do that are bots).

we’re getting at least one who the refresh doesn’t fix
