Support keeps blocking me: Hmm... we think you might be a robot. Please refresh the page and try again. I KEEP GETTING THIS ALWAYS FOR MONTHS. CCleaner Pro Plus and all other product questions. Tuesday May 26, 2026

Can someone please tell me why today I wasted another hour trying to contact support? Every time for over half a year now, I try to contact support, I get the “please refresh the page, we think you’re a robot” message. I can’t use the CCleaner Android app now. I have a question about Defraggler and get blocked. Does CCleaner even care if we resubscribe or not? Broken apps for 8 months now, and unable to contact support for 6 months. Why subscribe if the product(s) are useless? It’s bad enough I had to roll back to CCleaner Pro Plus 6 because 7 is terrible. Now the Android app is unusable, and support blocks me from contacting them. Maybe we should all start posting on Facebook, warning potential new subscribers not to waste their money, also?

From what i can see, by my starting a case with support to check this, you’re failing the reCAPTCHA. Do you fail other reCAPTCHA sites? Do you have any browser add-ons that solve or bypass bot checks, or any that mask your internet traffic, such as one that sends out random searches to stop google tracking, or any other addons in your browser.
I have a Fairly steep anti-ad on my computer so it’s not that. Read through https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/bots/how-captchas-work/ and see if something is wrong. In other words (and from another user not an official response), i believe something on your end is breaking the bot check and writing you off as a bot.

A few further questions to what Nergal has already asked:

  1. You say that you get the ‘refresh the page’ message - but you don’t say if you then actually refresh the page or not?
    (That might seem basic, but I do know people who would just give up without refreshing the page).
  2. Are you on Android or on Windows when you are attempting to use the contact form?
  3. What browser(s) are you using?
  4. Are you using a VPN?

This group is impossible to contact. All I want to do is get out and not do business with them. I will contact my CC provider and dispute this transaction. I finally got into the subscription renewal today (May 27) and cancelled but was alearted that this subscription is valid till May 2027. So dispute I will and go from there. right now I wish I had never used these guys if only for how difficult it has proved to be to cancel.

On the “Manage my Subscription” webpage you have cancelled your subscription, so it won’t be taken again next April/May.
However that does not cancel your current licence, which you have already paid for, and so it told you that your current licence is still valid until May 2027.

If you want to contact support and ask for cancellation/refund of your current licence then you will need to fill out the form here:
Support Contact Form.
Once you click ‘Next’ to submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
