[Not reporting CPU type or memory details]

Similar issues in a new B550 board with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU. Memory was listed correctly, though.

Got Speccy Professional finally as free version was not showing CPU or memory details on new setup but Prof version the same.

Biostar B350 GT5 with latest BIOS dated 5/23/2022 which includes support for the Ryzen 5 5600

Speccy had no trouble reporting system details as long as CPU was old Ryzen 7 1700

Once I swapped in a new Ryzen 5 5600 it developed the above mentioned errors.
