I have a hanging faded CCleaner Browser window open I cannot close.
C:\Users\operation420.net>taskkill /f /im CCleanerBrowser.exe
ERROR: The process "CCleanerBrowser.exe" with PID 20364 could not be terminated.
Reason: Access is denied.

I have tried command line as Admin, Trusted Installer (using advanced runas), and Process Explorer and cannot get rid of all these hanging processes!!!
