I found the three attached files. Was not able to locate these files in C:\Program Files (86):
debug.log, install.log, lilApp.log, iliPrivacyAppinitialize.log
I can't seem to catch the splash screen for a "snip"... When I go to launch the app, the screen goes away.]

I use Vivaldi, Edge, and Chrome. At one time or another Kamo will pop up advising me to close and restart one of those browsers. This will also happen while I am in the browser it is advising me to close and restart to complete. It is driving me crazy. Seems every 5 minutes or so that popup shows itself.
Is there any way I can "mute" that notification pop up?

Windows 10 latest updates on all.

ccleaner.com/speccy site. OS = Windows 10 with up to date updates.
My boot drive is a SSD (C:) second(main) drive is 2T. I generally redirect installations to the D:/ drive instead of the low capacity C:/ SSD. I have tried to install with default location (C:\Program Files\Speccy) No directory is created during install. Same result with directing the installation to D:\ProgramFiles\Speccy.
I just tried again "running as administrator"

After downloading Speccy and opening the installation program... 'clicking' INSTALL I see an hour glass indicating 'something' is beginning then it just stops without throwing up an error.
Ideas?

I had to uninstall these two programs as they were seriously interfering with my internet data flow.
