Can't provide the level of detail as above, but CCleaner (same version) all of a sudden is unable to complete a cleanup using the "health Check". It slowly creeps up to about 66% progress, then simply closes. If I re-run the scan it finds the same number of tracking cookies and files to clean up, so it isn't doing anything. If I do a Custom Clean it appears to work.

Mine has since completed cleaning successfully 2X, but VERY slow (2 minutes to delete 300 cookies and delete 30 MB of files).
