I'm trying to restore some files. For this I had used the free version. This version found a \\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy3 with the files inside. But it was not possible to restore it.
So I installed the pro version. But this version did not find this copy. It shows me only \\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy4, but the files I need are not inside.
