[Creating a disk image stuck at 4%]

Hi there,

I just bought recuva pro because I want to recover data from a formatted sd card. When I try to create a disk image the process got stuck at 4%. The process ran for 12h.

Any suggestions?

I am using windows 10. The sd card was in my android phone.
