  1. This setting in Internet Explorer can be found in internet options>security. Click on the internet icon and choose custom level. Scroll about halfway down til you reach 'display mixed content' Click enable.

Cannot think at the moment which setting is doing this.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

The display mixed content was already enabled.

I only get the popup after running CC.

    Any other ideas???

  2. Everytime I run CC with default settings, afterwards, when I get online I get the popup "This site contains both secure and non secure items, do you want to continue" with a yes or no choice.

What setting in CC cleans whatever it is that causes this warning. I would like to change it.

    Thanks

  3. I have used CCleaner from the beginning with no problems ever. I updated to the new 1.41 and after the scan now it found items and I removed them and saved the filed. It caused my yahoo mail to freeze upon opening. I doubled clicked the saved CCleaner file and reinstalled the removed items and yahoo works again. Anyone else having this problem with the new version?

  4. I have win xp media center, dell laptop duo processor, 1gb ram. use ccleaner, spybot s&d, spyware blaster, and adaware with avg anti virus.

Using 1.34.407 latest version of cc.

Every time I do scan for error and remove any items in cc I get and mmc.exe error after running defrag. I back up registry reinstall and all is fine. I have also ran sfc and reinstalled dll's from xp cd and repaired missing dll's. I have repeated this 3 times to ensure this is the same response and error. After sfc repair all is well, so scan now option is removing a dll related to the mmc.exe error.
