[Abondance of Tracking Files]

When I clean on CCleaner I am seeing up to 2000 tracking files being cleaned. How am I getting all these tracking files & how do I stop this? THANKS

When I use the CCleaner, I am getting huge numbers for tracking files.  I just cleaned the computer on CCleaner & there were over 2000 tracking files. Is this an error or are there really over 2000 tracking files tracking me? If this is really happening, how do I stop this?
