[Are there really 0 files left after this scan?]

I did a deep scan, and through the entire process, it said 23 files were found. I just want to make sure the drive is completely wiped. At the end of the scan it said the drive had 0 files

Because during a deep scan, through the entire process, it said 23 files were found. I just want to make sure the drive is completely wiped. At the end of the scan it said the drive had 0 files

Last time I did a deep scan on a wiped drive it had the same, only with 24 during the deep scan and 0 after. I tried to wipe the drive again to see if it would make a difference, but now it says 23 during the process haha. I just want to be sure all my files are securely deleted. Can I be; so should I trust the final report instead of the report during the scan?
