[Restore Files missed under Tools Option for CC v5.35.6210]

I have verified that I DID have Restore Files on hand.

In fact I did that via seperate avenues; including with Defraggler

which gives us X-ray vision when we know WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO SPOT... eh!

 

Also removed all Restore Files and created new ones.

 

 

I have also reinstalled the version of CC-leaner that I was using ...

AND I have tested that same version two other machines...

< one running Win 8.2 , the other Win 10 >

 

All is well eXcePt on the XP machine...

Yeah I know it is a wee dated, but my partner LOVES IT! I just maletain it...

 

I have not had a chance on the XP machine today

as said partner is hammering out loads of e-mail.

I am running the above version on a Windows XP-Pro system...

 

Recently CCleaner stopped showing me what Restore Files I have...

It spins a while and comes up with a blank page...

 

I have read previous discussions on this topic which go back 2 years,

and have applied the recommended solution. It didn't work.

The manifestation of this particular problem is very recent for me.

 

Suggestions?
