[Dup File Finder]

New to CCleaner.  I have one question. I've looked over many of the discussions and FAQs but could not find an answer. My question is this:

 

When running dupe file finder I get a report with many of the same files, but different paths. Some a lot alike and some not. Does it matter which dupe(s) I delete? Or should I leave them alone....leaving them alone seems for defeat the purpose of the application.  I certainly don't want to start removing a mess of files only to cause myself more problems.  

 

Looking for a little guidance...if I've asked in the wrong place...please guide me to the right place or if you have then answer please let me know.
