[Restoring Firefox Cookies]

Was hoping someone could help.  I just used Recuva to restore some deleted files.  I have extracted them to a folder and am in the what now stage.

 

My goal is to get a few sites I am locked out of to recognize me hopefully by pulling in some old cookies or Firefox an old profile.

 

Any help would be appreciated and I am not very tech savvy.
