[system locks up]

[system locks up]

I downloaded the update today and the system starts analyse but stops at 45%.  when you cancel it locks up and you have to ctrl/alt / delete ,  to shut down the program. Using windows 10. I have removed and reloaded , but still the same.

Any ideas.
