  1. I was not aware Piriform ran Government office like hours since Holidays ended a while ago, though I can understand sorting through back logs. Regardless I updated my support ticket with all the information you requested. Including your suggestion of using the installer from the build page and sent them the error link from that as well. 

  2. day 12 an a day after the help request has been forwarded. No reply as of yet, I'd like to contact some one directly but there is not contact support except the forums and tickets. 

    Been using ccleaner for years thought i'd give back for the great service only for this to crop up. Not really impressed if this is how paying customers get support.
