Just for information: Now the Windows Compatibility Assistant blocks also the installation of the latest CC if the filename of the setup file includes the word "CCleaner" (e.g. "ccsetup525.exe" works, but "CCleaner_5.25.exe" doesn't work).

As others have said, it has been my practice to rename downloaded files to be better self-documenting. This was getting in my way because of a questionable decision by Microsoft.
