Fee or upgrading in CCleaner Suggestions Posted December 21, 2016 It is unclear to me whether the upgrade fee of $19.95 is a one time charge or a recurring charge. I think this should be clearly stated. I am considering upgrading but do not know the answer. Been using Free Ccleaner for more than 10 years now. SmokyRaven
