And its still doing it  more than 2 months later , updates have not fixed this yet !

Does exactly the same thing on mine. Been like this since the last 2 updates .   Windows 7 SP 1 64 bit .

Sadly the latest update has fixed precisely nothing ..      History goes round and round and round...   Says IE open when its closed ...   sigh .

Hello

Two things wrong with latest version running on Windows 7 64bit .

 

I.  When running clean up it sits for ages on  Internet History ... just spinning around ..  

 

 

2 .  It tells me IE 11  is active and needs to be closed , even though it is !

 

 

Hope this will be resolved in a future update .
