some videos are without pictures but with sound. (for example You tube )

I'm not getting any error messages.

It is not across the board.

Can it be due to ccleaner ?

my problem is as follow :

Yesterday I installed the CCleaner Professional Edition V 5.23.5808.

(In the past I worked with the free version of CCleaner.)

Since this update I have problems with some videos (internet videos).

Could you please help me ?
