  1. The settings in CCleaner "may have went bad."

     

    It may or may not resolve the issue(s) by resetting the settings by going into:

    Options > Advanced, then click Restore default settings

     

    This will put CCleaner back into a "factory default" state as if it were never configured by you before, meaning any changes you've made will be completely lost - so you may wish to take note of what you have enabled or disabled in it.

    I have already done the things on that list. Nothing works. I'm going to go back and try again, but I don't see why it would work this time, since it didn't work before. Right now I have cookies unchecked on all my browsers, but it still deletes the ones that keep me logged in.

  3. I have tried unchecking cookies and history (for all my browsers), selecting cookies to keep, and everything else I can think of, but no matter what I do CCleaner logs me out of everything I stay logged into and I have to verify my computer again for every site that requires it every time I run CCleaner.

     

    All I need to do is get CCleaner to leave this information alone. any suggestions?
