CCleaner seems unable to fix the ActiveX/COM issue due to insufficient permissions on that registry entry. To resolve this try the following procedure:-In CCleaner - select to Open in RegeditRight-click highlighted - permissionsAdvanced buttonOwner - changeAdministrators - Check Names - OKTick - Replace owner on subcontainers and objects - OkAdvanced - Highlight Administraors -Tick "Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permissions from this object" - Ok - YesOkClose RegeditIn CCleaner select to "Fix issue(s)"Scan for issues - issue(s) clearedI hope that helps -Cheers

Running on Windows 10 1903 with the current version of CCleaner, selecting the "Software Updater" option always shows the pop-up error as shown in attached photo.
