If you only have one user on a PC there isn't much different between start-up and log in; startup will start defraggler's schedule when the computer turns on from being shut down (not sleep or hibernation) whether you are logged in or not. log in schedule will wait until you log in (enter the computer to the desktop after a shut down or sign out)

  2. In the schedule option for Defraggler, there's "At Startup" and "At Logon".

    What's the difference between these two, and which one should I use of all 6 options?

     

    I daily install and delete chunks of data, so I guess I should defrag often?

  3. Hiya folks, I'm new here but have been using CCleaner for years. :) I decided to create myself an account so I could ask some questions when needed.

     

    I have one right now actually. What is the best way to run CCleaner's Reg. Cleaner? After a reboot or during current session, and then a reboot? Or can I just clean the reg. during a current session and then continue working afterwards without reboot?

     

    As of now, I run the reg. cleaner before I shut down the PC and go to bed.
