How do you delete  the cleaner registry I get this when I click on registry and it shows items and I delete  but then it says  to delete  the cleaner registry?

           I ran the analyzer and it brought up a lot of vidieo's  that I never put in and I kept trying to delete them and it just looked like it was not removing them?
