[What is a CÃ` File?]

When I tried to recover my tumb drive files, it apparently combined them all into one CN file.  There was everything from MS word, Excel, pictures, ect....  Now it is all one CN file?  What do I do from here?

Please help me.  I am trying to restore a thumb drive.  Recuva has recovered a file and backed it up in CÃ` File.  I don't knoe what that is, or how to open it.
