[Unwanted E-mail notices]

I have explicitly followed instructions posted by the webmaster of this site to STOP sending me e-mail of forum notices. I have done this not once but FOUR times. I do NOT want anymore e-mails. Please have some one in charge remove me from the deluge of forum notices I receive in my e-mail daily. Thank you for any consideration in achieving this objective.

After upgrading to 1.34.407, MS Office Shortcut Bar no longer auto hides. Any suggestions? Thanks.

After cleaning, my start menu shortcuts were missing and when using programs they will not come back. Any thoughts?
