[Suggestions for the android app]

* Ignore the cleaning of specific file types and apps by adding the to "ignore list"

Reason: I want to keep my whatsapp & messenger chatlogs. Even tho they are just meaningless chit-chat and contain nothing really important, i like them to be there and want to save them

So it would be usefull if you could exclude apps / files / folders from the cleaning process.
