Hello I have lost my license key and when I try to retrieve the key on the website I bump into a problem. after I put in my email address it asks me to write in a security word, unfortunately there is no security word.
the email address i signed up with is************** if any forum moderator can help please assist.. I was charged for this product I really would like to use it.
