  1. I'm sure it's been suggested before but I'll reitterate it again. It would be ideal to have CCleaner able to clean multiple user directories (on 2k, XP etc)right after having been installed. I've heard of some ways to accomplish this by going in and adding things after the install, but unfortunately I don't have time to fiddle with that sort of thing. I'm currently using another tool to accomplish the same thing, but it's clunky and I figure Piriform guys should be able to come up with something smoother.

EXELLENT! I would love this having 2 user accounts on this computer. Would make it a WHOLE lot easier to use.

THIS is one to be considered and even put into Version 2. it has to be put into it

  2. I had to set my homepage to google.com/web.php? UTF=8 or something like that.

But the oddest thing happened. I didnt touch anything at all. I typed in google.com and it went their on both of my computers.

On my laptop it is the barest of bare with programs. It doesnt have google toolbar on it so I dont know what could make it change to google.nl. I use Opera on it and not IE, it that makes a difference with google redirecting.

So its now back to normal. It just did it automatically like google was spying on me and then they changed it back.

Dont know what did it, I just woke up and turned the PC on and typed in google.com and it goes to the US page.

  3. Heres the Log file

I cant read "Nederland" language so I have to go to google.co.uk to read anything now

thank you for this help, its the strangest thing ever, i've never had anything like this happen before

    This might be something too

Its like its on my whole IP or network thing. Not only does it do it on my account on this computer but on the other account too.

And even on my wireless laptop which has nothing to do with the computer I found this google.nl on and the laptop beend recently reformated and I only use my laptop for the internet and browsing.

If I type google.com in my browser everytime it redirects to google.nl

  4. Hello,

I've got a problem with the "Check for Updates" button in CCleaner...

Whenever i'm on a web page or doing a simple little scan or something, when i click that button it

goes to CCleaner.com via whatever IE page i have open. It bothers me sometimes when i'm maybe doing a scan of things and then it goes to ccleaner and I loose all the data.

Could it be possible to make a change when clicking that button will open a new window?

It would probably be a big help to many people...

Also, for the people who are going to come and tell me just to run it later and who are going to criticize

me for saying this and making this suggestion. Please people, its just a suggestion.
