Recuva wont scan phone in Recuva Posted September 21, 2012 I have a HTC phone and deleted some video by mistake so I downloaded the free version and tried to scan the phone. When I select the drive (removable drive E:) it just states 'please insert a disk into removable drive E:. What am I doing wrong? thanks.
