[Improve backup process]

Good suggestion! I've always wondered why they've never bothered implementing that feature. It could be a full fledged manager for the .REG backups to Restore a backup, and Delete a backup that's no longer needed.

I use Ccleaner since many years and I always keep a backup when I clean my registry using Ccleaner. At each scan I need to confirm that I want to backup the registry before fixing it. I think that you should add an option to always backup the registry automatically without asking the user. To do this, you should create a Backup folder in the AppData folder (or somewhere else) and save the "cc_20160520_074823.reg" files there automatically. You should also add an option to show this folder thru Ccleaner to restore a backuped reg file.

[Scan users "LocalService" and "NetworkService"]

Some virus are using the user "LocalService" or "NetworkService" to download from Internet. This can cause a lot of temporary Internet files in those users.

 

Theses folders are concerned (on XP) :

 

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Cookies

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\History

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\temp

 

C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Cookies

C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\History
